What we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do with it. In short: only what you send us, only to answer you, and never sold.

Who we are
Systematic S.A.R.L., Mouzannar Plaza bldg, Michel Zakhour Street, Beirut, Lebanon. For anything about your data, write to us:
What we collect
The contact and partner forms: what you type in them, such as your name, company, email, phone and the details of your project. The form sends it to us by email; this website does not keep it in a database.
WhatsApp: when you message us, WhatsApp shares your number and your messages with us, under WhatsApp's own terms.
Email and phone: what you send us when you write to us or call.
What we do not collect
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. We do not follow you across other websites and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What your browser keeps
Your browser remembers your language and light or dark mode on your own device, so the site opens the way you left it. None of this is sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to answer you: to reply, to prepare a proposal or a demo, and to work with you if you become a client. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Protection against spam
To stop spam, the forms count how often one connection sends them. That count is kept for one day at most, then deleted.
Who else is involved
This website and our email are hosted by Hostinger. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps, and Google's privacy policy applies to it. WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp, a Meta company.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages while we work with you, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Messages that lead nowhere are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to have them deleted. We answer within 30 days.
Your data is handled under Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, under the GDPR.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
