Move Objects for Assets is made by Systematic, in Beirut, Lebanon. We answer every message ourselves.

Help us help you

Tell us:

  • Your Jira site address (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net).
  • The object types you moved between, and an old or new object key from the move log.
  • What you expected and what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

Common questions

  • A schema is missing from the list. You must be an object schema manager of it.
  • An object was not moved: "A reference to it only accepts the old type". An attribute on another type only accepts the old type. Allow the new type on it, check again and try the failed ones again.
  • "A work item's Assets field does not accept the new type". The field's filter scope only allows the old type. Widen it and try again; the object continues from where it stopped.
  • Objects came back in the old type. An Assets import keeps them up to date. Point the import's mapping at the new type.
