Collision Guard is made by Systematic, in Beirut, Lebanon. We answer every message ourselves.

Contact us

We reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Support is in English, Arabic and French.

Help us help you

Tell us:

  • Your Jira site address (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net).
  • What you expected and what happened, and on which issue or project.
  • Your browser, and a screenshot if you can.

Known limits

  • Collision Guard warns but cannot lock an issue, because Jira does not let apps block edits.
  • It does not run in the Jira mobile apps.
  • If people appear late or stay after they leave, reload the issue. If it keeps happening, write to us with the issue key and the time.
