Presets

A preset starts a new invoice already filled in. Useful for the invoices you send again and again: the monthly hosting of one client, or a standard project.

What a preset holds

• Business and Bill to.
• Currency, Language and Style profile.
• Banks & wallets, in their order.
• Customer note, Thank you note and Terms & conditions.
• A signature.

Use one

Turn on Presets in Settings. Then in Invoices or Quotes, choose Add and pick Create new from preset. Add the lines and dates, and save.

Changing a preset later only changes new documents.
